Service Commitments for Cemetery Staff & Management

The following commitments are the behavioral standards by which every employee within the cemetery will be guided and should be discussed as part of the Performance Review.

   I will respond immediately to any and all customer requests (either by correcting a problem myself or by taking personal responsibility to get it corrected) and will follow-up with the customer within a reasonable amount of time to ensure we have exceeded their expectations.

   I will never say NO without an alternative being offered.

   I will treat my co-workers and management in the same manner I treat my customers.

   I will show ownership through my actions to maintain the cemetery and work areas in proper working order.

   I will act in a manner, which will show the utmost respect for others and never compromise the high moral and ethical standards we need to have at the Cemetery.

   I will make decisions in the best interest of my customers and co-workers.

   I will continually seek ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the service I provide to my customers and co-workers.

   I will communicate effectively with both management and customers.

The richest person in the cemetery is the one who left the most happy memories. You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our hearts are restless until they rest in you.
